We want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support and partnership as we strive to provide you with the best possible service. As we are preparing for the upcoming year, we would like to inform you of some important changes to our VPS hosting plans that will take effect starting January 1, 2026. These adjustments are necessary due to increasing increased cost of cPanel® licenses and demand and high quota usage across our services, which ensure that we continue to deliver the reliability and performance you expect from us.

Below are the new VPS hosting plans and their pricing. Hosting plans will continue to be paid annually. The monthly cost is to show you the monthly breakdown. If you received this email your plan is: Start Up.

  1. Start Up Plan – Up to 10GB: $288/year ($24/month)
  2. Business Plan – 10GB to 20GB: $360 per year ($30/month)
  3. Premium Plan – 20GB to 30GB: $480/year ($48/month)
  4. Pro Plan – 30GB to 50GB: $720/year ($60/ month)

To view your current quota usage, follow these instructions:

1. Login to your support account at https://support.briij.com

2. From the dashboard you will see "Your Active Products/Services" section. Click on the "View Details" button associated with your hosting.

3. Within the "Usage Statistics" section you will see "Disk Usage" showing usage/quota. If your quota is less than your plan do not worry, the system will increase it up to the current plan maximum when you hit 80% usage.

If you are storing a lot of emails, you can take a few steps to reduce your quota usage.

    1. Trashing spam and garbage emails: this will reduce email storage usage. You will have to delete the trash or put a ticket in for us to delete the trash. Please mention which email trash to delete.
    2. Archive with an email client: Use your email client's built-in archive feature to move emails from the server to your local computer's storage. This frees up space on the cPanel server while keeping your emails accessible.
